Our commitment to service will ensure the overwhelming success of your trip. All-Inclusive PricingAll costs pertaining to your tour are included in one price and clearly marked in our brochures. These include your air costs, hotels, sightseeing and admission fees, the services of a tour director and guide, meals as specified in the itinerary and local transportation. You won't find hidden costs in the fine print and Travel Adventures has no membership fees. Parents can be assured that the extra funds their children will need is for souvenirs and some meals. Group ExperiencesWe work with groups both large and small. We have worked with groups of over 300 participants on a single trip. Groups that size present special challenges that our staff of experts is well prepared to handle. If you would like to travel with a smaller group of students or with teacher/student groups with similar interest from other parts of the country, we offer the Travel Adventures New Worlds Experience. By collecting two to five small groups for travel together, we make experiences possible that would otherwise be out-of-reach. Small groups can share experiences not possible with larger ones--and our teacher contacts across the country make it likely that others will share your experience and make it affordable for all groups. Professional Tour DirectorsWhile many companies hire only local representatives to manage your group, Travel Adventures provides an experienced Tour Director who accompanies the group for the duration of the trip. From arrival at the destination to departure, the Tour Director is on hand to ensure everything goes smoothly. Tour Directors--many of them educators--are carefully screened to ensure compatibility with student groups. Comprehensive SightseeingOur itineraries are carefully planned to include enriching educational workshops, and to introduce students to the destinations themselves. On all our journeys, we include comprehensive sightseeing that goes beyond the usual tourist track. Visits to museums and historic sites may be guided by a curator or local artist who provides an insider's point of view, while eco-adventures may be led by a naturalist or other scientist. We also include popular sights that students won't want to miss, such as the Statue of Liberty or the Washington Monument. We never forget that the point is to have fun while they learn. Travel Adventures offers our teachers additional rewards. Each trip offers one or more complimentary travel packages for teachers and chaperones. Insurance Coverage for All ParticipantsTravel Adventures provides basic insurance coverage for all participants in our tours. Our Accident/Dental/Illness Insurance provides primary coverage to every tour participant and is included in your tour price! Additional coverage that is also available providing increased levels of coverage for medical and dental expenses and, in addition, provides coverage for Trip Cancellation and Interruption, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay/Loss/Damage, and Emergency Medical Transportation.
